And to put it mildly, I had a very specific ask, under logistically difficult circumstances. Living on a remote island meant that I had to purchase and trade a vehicle, mostly unseen. This obviously meant a lot of assurances had to be made, and a lot of trust was involved. I needn't have been worried. Any uncertainties I had were quickly resolved by Sam. This was an easy, trouble-free transaction. The car is simply incredible, even better than described. Sold my Porsche 911 GTS through Hampton. having not dealt with them before and being a slightly smaller operation, I had my doubts at first, being such a high value car. I had received no serious offers for my RS3 via AutoTrader so I responded to Hamptons' offer to sell it for me. Professional and easy process from start to finish. They demonstrated that they knew the target market and promoted the car's most desirable features. We had a minor issue with regards to some light bodywork repairs but Daryl and the team sorted the work out for me quickly and without fuss and the car was professionally prepared and sold within a matter of days. We bought our Audi RS3 from Hampton Cars last week and love it. All the team are welcoming, personable and are pleased to see people matched with their cars. Finding a second hand performance car with such a good spec and presented immaculately has been a long process until we found this garage. They clearly pride themselves on only supplying prestige cars in excellent condition. If you're travelling, you can be reassured that every car in the showroom is of high quality presentation. New business but would recommend the team and their ability to source cars. They are also going to support our school's education programme in car engineering and design by bringing some cars to display on our playground. Shows the spirit of the team. I was having no luck selling my M4 on Autotrader. These guys rang me and I thought why not. A few weeks later and it was sold. I recently sold my car through sale or return, and the experience was top notch throughout. After openly discussing the valuation of the car and agreeing on a fair number for all parties (significantly fairer than any part ex or webuyanycar equivalent), the whole process was laid out to me in an easily understandable way. It was a nice touch after leaving my car to be kindly driven to the train station. Daryl kept up regular contact with me on how the sale was going, and your car's list price is never changed if would impact the cut of the sale you receive without your complete agreement. I would absolutely go this route with the team again when it comes to selling my current car.

Daryl and the team at Hamptons were fantastic in helping me to sell my Audi TT.

I started by trying We Buy Any Car and using the Motorway app. Both were a disaster. WBAC offered way lower than quoted on the app when I visited their site.
The Motorway experience was even worse, I agreed a selling price with one of their dealers, when they came to view the car and collect it they tried to knock £3k off the price by claiming there were faults with the car that absolutely did not exist.

I must admit at first I was hesitant to use Hamptons as the car gets left with them while they try and sell it. The independent car dealers market doesn't have the best reputation but these guys have done the industry proud by working honestly throughout and did everything they said they would. I would 100% deal with them again whether I'm selling or buying another car.

A car came up at Hampton car sales, 1 owner with extremely low mileage and full service history too. I rang and spoke to Sam who ensured me it would come with a fresh mot.
